Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Step-step Submission

After Login ASMAT Jurnal Pengabmas, the Author will go on the page of the Author of the Submission must then click on the link “new submission” or click the “click here” to start entering the article.
Step 1 – Starting The Submission: The author should tick all the checklists in the journal and please adjust the content of the article. could give a message to the editor via the form in the comments for the editor on the bottom of the page.
Step 2 – Uploading The Submission: To upload a manuscript/article to the journal, please click browse/choose a file on the Upload submission file then choose the manuscript document file (.doc/.docx) to submit, then click the “upload” button until the article successfully uploaded.
Step 3 – Entering Submission's Metadata: In this step, detailed metadata should be entered including the corresponding Author if any. After that, the Title of the Article/manuscript and the abstract should be inserted can be by way of copywriting and then paste in the textbox including keywords.
Step 4 – Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary files can be uploaded including Cover/Submission Letter, and Researcher's Statement or Agreement Form. Upload files by means of clicking on the Browse button, select the file to be uploaded, then click on the Upload button. If no files supplementary that is uploaded please continue this step by selecting the button “save and continue”.
Step 5 Confirming The Submission: On this step, will do a final check of the uploaded document of the article/manuscript. To submit an article/manuscript to Legal Issues, Click the Finish button Submission after a certain article has been right. Corresponding Author or Contact the principal will receive a notification via email and can see the development of the editorial process through submission's progress with the how-to login to the web journal.


After entering the article, the author submitting the article/manuscript will get a confirmation email regarding article inclusion. Where Author of when tracking the articles through the status of the submission at any time by logging in to our online submission. The tracking of this article includes the status of the manuscript review and editorial process.
